Job Title: Web Developer

Location: KPHB, Hyderabad

Mode of Work: Full-Time Onsite

The Web Developer is responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining our company website and related web applications, ensuring they are fast, secure, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain website features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and relevant frameworks/CMS as required.
• Build and integrate front-end components with back-end services and databases (e.g., REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL).
• Optimize websites for performance, cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to translate UI/UX designs and requirements into working features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues; perform regular updates, security patches, and technical maintenance.
• Document technical specifications and maintain clear code documentation and version control (e.g., Git).

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a Web Developer (portfolio of websites or web apps).
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and at least one framework or CMS (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, WordPress, etc., adjust as needed).
• Basic understanding of back-end technologies and databases (e.g., Node.js/PHP/.NET, MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
• Familiarity with responsive design, browser dev tools, and debugging techniques.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and basic CI/CD or deployment workflows is a plus.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
