Job Title: Website & SEO Specialist (Full-time / Part-time) Location: Remote Commitment: Flexible hours, long-term preferred Perks: Autonomy, certification, performance-based incentives, remote-first culture About RubixKube™ RubixKube is redefining how cloud-native infrastructure is managed. We’re building an AI-native DevOps assistant that can observe, understand, and act on Kubernetes and cloud systems — across CLI, web, and Slack. Our product is high-tech. But our website? That’s your playground. You’ll be responsible for turning our powerful backend into a beautiful, lightning-fast, discoverable frontend — one that makes developers stop scrolling and start exploring. Role Overview We’re looking for a Website + SEO Specialist who blends clean design with search-driven growth. Someone who understands performance-first UI, SEO fundamentals, and how technical SaaS products convert. This is a high-trust role where you’ll shape our digital storefront and be responsible for both visibility (ranking) and clarity (design). You’ll own the architecture, performance, responsiveness, discoverability, and aesthetic experience of rubixkube.ai — working closely with design, content, and founders. What You’ll Work On Build and manage RubixKube’s primary marketing website Create clean, performant, responsive designs using Webflow / React / custom stack Own SEO strategy end-to-end: keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimization Set up structured data, schema markup, canonical URLs, and performance metrics Collaborate on landing pages for campaigns, blogs, hiring, and documentation Optimize Core Web Vitals (CLS, LCP, FID) Implement tools for heatmaps, analytics, and funnel tracking Work with blog authors and founders to publish technical content that ranks What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in web design + SEO (preferably in B2B or devtools) Strong portfolio of clean, scalable websites with real performance impact Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS (bonus: React or Webflow experience) Ability to balance beauty with speed and crawlability Bonus: understanding of developer tooling, Kubernetes, or open-source SaaS Why Join Us 🔍 Shape the first impression of a high-potential AI infra startup 🖼️ Creative freedom to design and ship, not just maintain 📈 Clear metrics of success: visibility, rankings, conversions 🤝 Work directly with founders, not layers of marketing managers 📜 Flexible hours, remote-first, and certification on successful tenure If you obsess over site speed, search visibility, and crisp UX — this role is yours to own.
