the We’re Hiring: Web Consultant – Domestic Market (Male)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert new business opportunities by offering website development, CRM, and SaaS solutions tailored for Gujarat-based B2B clients.
  • Identify and approach prospects via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted email campaigns.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person consultations to understand client requirements and propose effective digital strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from first contact through negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal product, technical, and support teams for smooth client onboarding and delivery.
  • Consistently meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build long-term client relationships to encourage upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B consultative sales experience, ideally in web design, IT services, CRM, or SaaS.
  • Proven experience working with Indian businesses, especially in the Gujarat region.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written) – minimum 4 out of 5 proficiency.
  • Hands-on with CRMs, LinkedIn, lead generation tools, and video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
  • Comfortable working remotely while meeting clients physically in Surat and the surrounding areas when needed.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and client engagement skills.
  • Confident in pitching to senior decision-makers and closing B2B deals.

Compensation:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
