Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Wealth Manager, you will manage and grow portfolios of retail and HNI clients by advising on investment solutions across equities, mutual funds, and insurance. Your focus will be on delivering tailored financial strategies aligned with client goals and company growth targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Acquire and manage relationships with retail and high‑net‑worth clients (HNIs).
  2. Drive sales growth in equity trading, mutual funds (SIP & lump-sum), and insurance products (LI, GI, Health Insurance).
  3. Advise clients with personalized asset allocation and product recommendations based on risk profile, liquidity needs, and return expectations.
  4. Meet monthly/quarterly revenue and product sales targets.
  5. Stay updated on market trends and product developments to offer informed investment insights.
  6. Engage with partners such as sub-brokers, IFAs, or distributors to scale business; manage partner onboarding and performance (as applicable).
  7. Conduct client review meetings and deliver value-added engagement programs.
  8. Ensure high service delivery standards and maintain client retention.
  9. Maintain compliance with regulatory and KYC documentation norms and support operational processes.


Skills & Qualifications:

1 .Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, economics.

2.6 months -2 years in wealth management, financial advisory, mutual funds, equity or insurance distribution; experience with HNI clients is a plus.

3. NISM, IRDA certifications preferred.

4. Strong understanding of equity markets, mutual fund structure, insurance products, and investment advisory.

  • Excellent client-facing, relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and advisory skills.
  • Target-driven, proactive, able to work under pressure and collaborate cross-functionally.
