Job Description

What are we looking for:


Key responsibilities:

·      Iden�fy and develop new business opportuni�es by acquiring high-net-worth individuals

(HNIs), family offices, and ins�tu�onal clients interested in PMS offerings.

·      U�lize personal networks, industry contacts, referrals, and lead genera�on techniques to secure prospec�ve clients.

·      Atend industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote PMS services and

build a client pipeline.

·      Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet individual and team sales targets.

·      Iden�fy market segments and client demographics most likely to benefit from PMS offerings.

·      Maintain and enhance long-term rela�onships with clients to generate repeat business and

referrals.

·      Provide ongoing service and support to ensure client sa�sfac�on, addressing any concerns or ques�ons about por�olio performance and market changes.

·      Keep clients updated on por�olio performance, market developments, and any strategic

changes recommended by the PMS team.

·      Develop customized sales pitches that communicate the value of PMS offerings based on the financial goals and risk profiles of poten�al clients.

·      Prepare and deliver presenta�ons, sales proposals, and por�olio performance reports to prospec�ve and exis�ng clients.

·      Work closely with the por�olio management team to understand the investment strategies and performance of various por�olios.


·      Communicate client needs and preferences to the por�olio managers to ensure that investment strategies align with client expecta�ons.

·      Encourage exis�ng clients to increase their investment in PMS based on por�olio performance and market opportuni�es.

·      Stay updated on financial markets, economic condi�ons, and regulatory changes that may impact clients' por�olios or investment decisions.

·      Monitor compe�tor offerings and market trends to differen�ate PMS services and improve

sales techniques.

·      Ensure all sales ac�vi�es comply with industry regula�ons and internal policies.

·      Maintain thorough documenta�on of client interac�ons, agreements, and communica�ons

in line with legal and regulatory requirements.

·      Track and report on sales performance, pipeline ac�vity, and market feedback to senior

management.


What we want from you:

·      Graduate with 5+ Years of experience in similar role

·      Chartered Market Technician (CMT) would be an added advantage.

·      Proficient in Microso� Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

·      A professional with a posi�ve work ethic, results-driven, highly collabora�ve and has

driven to build a business and be a part of an emerging start-up
