Ensure adequate manpower planning, including shift management.
Conduct regular training sessions on SOPs, safety, and compliance.
Enforce performance metrics and KPIs to track team efficiency.
3. Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Implement and monitor EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols.
Conduct periodic safety drills and risk assessments.
Maintain necessary documentation for audits and compliance checks.
4. Leadership & People Management
Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
Conflict resolution and effective decision-making.
Strong delegation and team motivation skills.
2. Warehouse & Inventory Management
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
Understanding of inventory control techniques (FIFO, LIFO, FEFO).
Expertise in demand forecasting and stock optimization.
