Job Location - Sector 58 Gurugram ( Sunday Fix-Off )

1. Warehouse Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound activities.

Ensure smooth functioning of D2C order fulfilment for marketplaces, brand website.

Maintain accurate stock records and minimize stock discrepancies.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

Monitor GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock put-away, and binning processes.

Conduct cycle counts and monthly stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

Coordinate with procurement and planning teams for replenishment and stock allocation.

3. Order Fulfilments & Dispatch

Ensure on-time dispatch of D2C orders across channels like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, brand website, etc.

Optimize picking & packing processes to reduce turnaround time (TAT).

Coordinate with logistics partners (Ekart, Delhi very, Rivigo, Blue Dart, etc.) to ensure smooth pickups and deliveries.

4. Process Improvement & Cost Optimization

Identify process gaps and work on process automation using WMS/ERP systems like Uni-ware, Easy E-com, etc.

Control packaging material consumption and minimize wastage.

Ensure adherence to SOPs and improve operational efficiency.

5. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on order fulfilment, stock status, and warehouse performance.

Coordinate with cross functional teams Supply chain, Marketing sales and marketplace teams for smooth operations.
