What would you do

You will be aligned with our Finance vertical and will be helping us in determining financial strategies by collating operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions, financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting. Design and implementation of tools and processes which enable the Investors to analyse the company financials with ease .

Financial Management. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Financial Management , Reporting Budgeting and Forecasting Ability to establish strong Investor relationship. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Should have a strong knowledge in creating Business Plans right from the scratch for both the management and the investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the

  annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly/yearly forecasting

  processes in collaboration with department heads.
• Develop and maintain

  complex financial models

  to support business decisions and evaluate strategic initiatives.
• Analyse monthly financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Periodically analyse the Unit Economics for all the marketplace and rule out anomalies (if any).
• Prepare

  monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages

  for internal stakeholders, board members, likely investors etc.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Conduct scenario planning, profitability analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations for all existing marketplaces and all new initiatives that the company wishes to undertake.
• Partner with business units to ensure financial discipline and accountability and rapid course correction (whenever required).
• Support investor relations, audit requirements, due diligence and long-term financial planning activities.
• Drive improvements in reporting tools and processes to enhance data accuracy and efficiency
