Job Description:• Job Analysis: Work with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of a job, including the skills, qualifications, experience, and other attributes needed for success in the role.• Sourcing Candidates: Actively search for potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and professional organizations.• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
