Purpose - As a Product Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the delivery of complex technology projects.

Roles and Responsibility -

  • Project Management: Oversee the delivery of SAP technology projects using appropriate frameworks, collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
  • Profitability and Success: Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, leading delivery, and proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in SAP (SME), collaborating with and managing the team to ensure high performance.
  • Team Engagement: Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks to project timelines and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in service quality, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable technology strategies.
  • Innovation and Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, intrapreneurship, and people-centric approaches within the team.
  • Initiative and Problem Solving: Drive new initiatives and encourage innovative thinking to solve complex problems and achieve business goals.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Ability to forecast & plan budget during all project phases, monitor the actual expenditure on a regular basis and highlight deviations between the budgeted and actual expenditure.
  • Mentorship and Development: Mentor and develop team members, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.

  • Experience mentoring junior team members, collaborating with onshore & offshore teams
  • Support enablers for operational activities (Contract, budget & financials, invoicing, onboarding, recruitment, purchasing, IT Infra setup & support, Technology, Key Account Management, IT Security, etc Certifications PMP or Scrum Certified, SAP Certifications
  • Mandatory Proven experience to manage Supply chain and Logistics processes using SAP solutions with modules like SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP WM (Warehouse Management), SAP TM (Transportation Management) for logistics planning and freight
  • Experience in Consulting & Advisory
  • Authority: Budget approval for Product function
  • Product Approvals
  • People Management decisions.
