Role Overview: Wall Street English is seeking a dynamic Product Delivery Manager to support the empowered product team in enhancing impactful English language learning solutions and contributing to business success. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to gain valuable experience in product delivery and contribute to the success of Wall Street English's mission. The Product Delivery Manager will be based in Chennai and will oversee all activities related to the implementation and delivery of new products, product features, and enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Head of Product and a multidisciplinary product team consisting of developers and product designers. - Own the planning, communication, and coordination for the implementation and delivery of new product features, tools, and processes globally. - Assist in identifying, organizing, and prioritizing product opportunities based on user input, industry trends, and stakeholder feedback. - Facilitate collaboration by contributing learnings from the product development cycle and maintaining essential documentation. - Help identify all aspects of delivery and ensure each development cycle includes the necessary time and resources. - Promote effective communication among team members, report results, insights, and updates to stakeholders and leadership. - Implement best practices in communication, coordination, and planning to support successful delivery. Qualifications Required: Must Have: - Proven track record in product delivery, product operations, or related role. - Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage delivery timelines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Strong skills in gathering and analyzing objectives for planning and product execution. - Experience with product management, productivity, and communication tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Miro, MS Office). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal). - Results-driven mindset aligned with business objectives. Should Have: - Solid understanding of product management concepts and delivery processes. - Ability to translate data and feedback into actionable insights for product outcomes. - Proactive attitude with initiative, idea contribution, and workflow improvement. - Interest in agile methodologies and product development best practices. Nice to Have: - Basic understanding of learning management systems or digital education platforms. - Familiarity with agile and lean methodology. - Experience working with global or distributed teams. Please note: Hybrid Work Arrangement - 2 days in-office, 3 days working from home.
