Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Source, attract, and engage candidates for technical roles through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and employee referrals.

2. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment with team goals.

3. Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical qualifications and cultural fit.

4. Create and maintain a robust talent pipeline to address both immediate and future hiring needs.

5. Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline workflows and ensure accurate candidate data management.

6. Create, organize, and maintain recruitment-related documentation, including job descriptions, offer letters, contracts, and ISO-compliant HR records.

7. Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and generate reports to enhance recruitment strategies and improve efficiency.

8. Facilitate a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with internal teams, preparing resources, and guiding new hires through the onboarding journey.

9. Contribute to employer branding initiatives by creating engaging job postings and promoting the company on social media and other platforms.

10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

11. Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll and compliance data on a timely basis.

12. Ensure employee benefits enrollment and changes are processed accurately.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelors /Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment and HR operations.

3. Proven ability to manage university recruitment initiatives, including organizing job fairs and collaborating with career services.

4. Experience working with staffing agencies and contractors to source specialized talent.

5. Proficiency in using ATS platforms and HR management systems would be added advantage.

6. Strong understanding of ISO documentation and compliance processes.

7. Knowledge of technical roles and recruitment best practices.

8. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
