About the Role
We are looking for a TA Coordinator to support the end-to-end hiring process across our portfolio companies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience from interview scheduling and feedback coordination to offer management and pre-onboarding activities.
You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to keep our hiring process organized, efficient, and candidate-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Interview Coordination
- Schedule and manage interviews across multiple time zones (India & other global locations).
- Liaise with candidates and hiring teams to confirm interview logistics (virtual/on-site).
- Manage feedback collection and ensure consistent documentation in the ATS.
- Manage all in-office interviews and open day events, including scheduling, invitations, face-to-face coordination, and overall logistics.
Offer & Pre-Onboarding Support
- Coordinate offers and pre-joining documentation, background verification, and reference checks.
- Maintain accurate records of offer status and joining confirmations.
- Provide a positive candidate experience during pre-boarding
Recruitment Process Support
- Maintain accurate and updated data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support recruiters with candidate follow-ups.
- Partner with the TA Manager to streamline processes and improve scheduling efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or similar role (preferably in a multi-business or global setup).
- Strong organizational and time management skills ,able to juggle multiple roles simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets and experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Comfortable working across time zones and managing confidential information
- .Attention to detail with strong data accuracy and reporting discipline.
- Team player mindset with a proactive approach to resolving scheduling conflicts and candidate issues.
