Role & responsibilities

The TA & HR Coordinator is an integral role that bridges Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, playing a critical part in delivering a seamless candidate and employee experience. This role supports the recruiting and HR functions by managing recruiting processes, onboarding processes, and maintaining HR data systems while ensuring operational excellence and alignment across all touchpoints. With a strong focus on communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration, the coordinator serves as a key liaison between candidates, leaders, and HR partners. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting people processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Leaders and HR with job postings on career site, scheduling complex interviews, gathering interview feedback, and obtaining compensation recommendations.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience.
  • Complete background checks, onboarding documents, and New Hire Announcements to hiring leaders while providing onboarding instructions and support.
  • Track candidates through the application, interview, offer, and onboarding processes to completion.
  • Maintaining HR Data Systems (Workday, Smartsheets, SAP) by creating positions and requisitions, tracking approvals, and ensuring accuracy across areas such as org alignment, job families, job levels and titles, worker locations, cost centers, and recruiting data.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships across the client group and cross-functional HR partners including Global HR Operations (GHRO), International HR partners, Compensation, and Org Management.
  • Proactively document, maintain, and organize area practices and protocols related to HR policy administration and standards.
  • Prepare and distribute metrics reporting to business leaders and HR teams.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition or related coordinator experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including a proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication.
  • Being an ambassador in the candidate experience.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Experience with or working knowledge of HR systems (Workday, Smartsheets, SAP), policies, and processes.

  • Proven ability to take initiative and build positive and productive personal & professional relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment, effectively balancing and prioritizing multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent follow-through skills.
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
