Contract Duration: 12 Months Key Responsibilities Supervise on-site execution of solar projects (ground-mounted or rooftop). Execute and monitor daily site activities as per defined workflows and timelines. Manage the installation of: Solar PV modules Inverters Mounting structures DC & AC cabling Switchgear, transformers, and electrical components Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and vendors to ensure material availability. Enforce safety standards, quality protocols, and installation best practices. Maintain accurate site documentation including daily progress reports (DPRs), checklists, and logs. Independently handle daily site operations and resolve on-ground issues. Liaise effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. Required Skills and Knowledge Strong understanding of solar project execution workflows. Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and installation procedures. Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics. Effective team coordination and problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills (verbal & written). Proficiency in basic MS Excel and documentation/reporting. Flexibility to travel and stay at project locations across India. Preferred Candidate Profile ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering. 1–2 years of experience in solar project execution or electrical site work. Prior exposure to rooftop or ground-mounted solar projects preferred. Freshers with relevant internship or hands-on project experience are welcome to apply.
