Job Description

Immediate Hiring Business Development - Inside Sales B2B for Southeast Market.


Office timing 7:30AM - 4:30PM - Immediate Joiners Plus



Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage companies facing hiring challenges.
  • Connect with decision-makers (HR/CHROs/CEOs/Founders).
  • Understand client needs, pitch Foundit solutions, and deliver demos.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → negotiation → closure → onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and track competition trends.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate (any discipline).
  • 1–3 years B2B sales experience (Inside/Corporate Sales preferred).
  • Background in HR Tech, SaaS, IT Sales, Consulting, BFSI, Media, or DotComis a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end sales cycles.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication, email writing, and presentation/demo skills.
  • Experience selling to decision-makers.
  • Relationship-building, negotiation, and objection handling.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, with basic MS Excel/CRM proficiency.
