Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Provide support and resolve issues via call, chat and other electronic communication. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Typing Speed with 25wpm and 90% accuracy is a minimum requirement. 4. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. 5. Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory. Salary Structure: 20k to 28k(Take home after deductions) Date of joining : 14th February 2025 Kindly carry all your educational certificates and Govt ID Proofs(Aadhar and Pan card) for Documentation(Clear scanned copies/Xerox Copies) Job Requirements: 1. Must be flexible to work in rotational night shifts(Midnight shifts as well) 2. 5 days working; 2 rotational weekly offs 3. Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible. 4.
