Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the HR function for the organization across all business units and projects.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals in the real estate sector.
Oversee Talent Acquisition for project, corporate, sales, and site-level hiring.
Drive Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Retention initiatives.
Handle statutory compliance, labor laws, and contractor workforce management.
Implement Learning & Development programs for technical, sales, and managerial staff.
Partner with leadership for succession planning and workforce planning for projects.
Establish strong HR policies, procedures, and systems ensuring smooth operations.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes effectively.
Recruitment Process .
Drive HR automation and digital HR practices for efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile:

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
10-20 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in
Real Estate
companies.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and workforce management (onsite & corporate).
Proven experience in building and leading HR teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
