Must have knowledge on chemical reactions and unit operations like filtration and spray drying. Follow standard operating procedure for start-up and shut down the plant. Must have knowledge on rotary equipment operation and performance. Competency on managing process control both manual and automated. Maintain logs of plant operations, events and shift activities. Strong capabilities for trouble shooting logging process parameters and data management. Perform visual checks equipment inspections to ensure safe and efficient plant operation. Ensure compliances to quality standards, sampling procedures, in process testing to ensure product meets specifications if parameters deviate, take immediate action. Qualifications and Education Requirements: Diploma in chemical & BSc Chemistry - 3-5 years experience in chemical plant with DCS/PLC Operation Experience. Essential Attributes: Understands the principles of manufacturing and has strong man-management skills. Knowledge on quality and safety standards. CAPA, 5S Desired Attributes: English competency is preferred with Dynamic, Energetic, Self-driven, Results-oriented.
Key Job Responsibilities : Operate and troubleshoot instruments such as HPLC, GC, LC, FTIR, AAS and Other microbiology lab instruments. Create and maintain training documentation for individual staff in the Lab. Release and hold product(s) as necessary in the Warehouse Management System Troubleshoot assays and equipment when unexpected results occur.
