Description
As a Warehousing Manager at Amadora, a premium artisanal ice cream brand, you will play a crucial role in overseeing inventory forecasting, stock management, production planning, and logistics across all retail locations. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze sales data and seasonal trends to ensure optimal stock levels for raw materials, packaging, and finished products through inventory forecasting & reordering. - Oversee stock movement between the central kitchen, warehouses, and retail locations to ensure smooth and timely replenishment in stock transfer & distribution. - Collaborate with the production team to align inventory needs with production schedules and minimize wastage in production planning. - Manage supply chain budgets, optimize procurement strategies, and identify cost-saving opportunities in budgeting & cost control. - Implement routine stock audits at all retail locations to prevent shortages, track variances, and maintain inventory accuracy in stock audits & checks. - Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, timely deliveries, and quality assurance in vendor & supplier management. - Leverage ERP/POS systems for accurate tracking and reporting of inventory and supply chain operations in technology & process optimization. Qualifications & Skills: - 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or procurement, preferably in the F&B, QSR, or retail industry. - Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory control, and stock reconciliation. - Experience in ERP, inventory management systems, and logistics coordination. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize supply chain processes. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location retail environment. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
