Warehousing Operations Manager

Role Overview: As a Warehousing Manager at Amadora, a premium artisanal ice cream brand known for quality and innovation, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory forecasting, stock management, production planning, and logistics across all retail locations. Your role is crucial in ensuring optimal stock levels, smooth stock movement, and cost-effective supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze sales data and seasonal trends to ensure optimal stock levels for raw materials, packaging, and finished products through inventory forecasting and reordering. - Oversee stock movement between the central kitchen, warehouses, and retail locations to ensure timely replenishment. - Collaborate with the production team to align inventory needs with production schedules and minimize wastage through effective production planning. - Manage supply chain budgets, optimize procurement strategies, and identify cost-saving opportunities for budgeting and cost control. - Implement routine stock audits at all retail locations to prevent shortages, track variances, and maintain inventory accuracy through stock audits and checks. - Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, timely deliveries, and quality assurance for effective vendor and supplier management. - Leverage ERP/POS systems for accurate tracking and reporting of inventory and supply chain operations for technology and process optimization. Qualifications & Skills: - 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or procurement, preferably in the F&B, QSR, or retail industry. - Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory control, and stock reconciliation. - Experience in ERP, inventory management systems, and logistics coordination. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize supply chain processes. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location retail environment. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.,
