Senior Manager, Franchise Operations

Are you a franchise expert with a passion for scaling premium brands Amadora Ice Cream is looking for a Senior Franchise Manager to lead and expand our franchise vertical across India. As a Senior Franchise Manager at Amadora Ice Cream, you will be responsible for developing and executing a franchise growth strategy to ensure strong market penetration. Your key duties will include identifying, evaluating, and onboarding high-quality franchise partners. You will be tasked with establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for franchise operations to ensure brand consistency and quality control. Additionally, you will drive training programs for franchisees to maintain Amadora's premium experience. Monitoring franchise performance, conducting audits, and implementing profitability-improving measures will be crucial aspects of your role. You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support the success of our franchise partners. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 7 years of experience in franchise management, preferably in the food and beverage (F&B) or retail industry. Strong business development and relationship management skills are essential. You should have a proven ability to scale and optimize franchise operations, along with a deep understanding of the legal, financial, and operational aspects of franchising. A passion for premium, handcrafted products and a customer-first approach is highly desirable.,
