Monitoring inventory levels, handling order tracking, returns, and addressing customer inquiries related to shipments are also part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to identify and implement process improvements to enhance fulfillment efficiency. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations. Familiarity with Shopify and third-party delivery platforms is considered a plus.
