Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team and drive frontline hiring for our store operations across locations. Location: Chennai/Bangalore Experience: 1–3 years (preferably in volume hiring / retail sector) Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for store-level roles (Associates, Sr. Associates, etc.) Source candidates via job portals, referrals, social media & local outreach Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions Screen resumes and Conduct interviews via phone or in-person Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews Serve as contact person for questions from candidates Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails Maintain candidate database and generate hiring reports Qualifications Bachelor's/Masters degree in HR Effective communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Experience working with Microsoft Office suite High-energy and passion Demonstrated ability to meet quotas Ability to manage high-volume hiring Knowledge of retail/store hiring is a plus Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and recruitment software Show more Show less
