Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production operations , maintenance, and hygiene of the 10,000 sq. ft. facility Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet supply requirements for 50+ retail stores Maintain strict adherence to FSSAI and internal quality standards Implement and monitor SOPs for production, packaging, cold storage, and dispatch Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely deliveries Lead a team of line supervisors, production staff, and quality controllers Manage preventive maintenance of equipment and ensure minimal downtime Coordinate with R&D on new product trials and process improvements Ensure accurate documentation, daily reporting, and audit readiness Maintain a culture of cleanliness, safety, and accountability across shifts Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience managing food production (ice cream/dairy preferred) Strong understanding of cold chain management, HACCP, and production planning Proven leadership skills — able to motivate teams and manage scale Tech-savvy with knowledge of inventory and production software systems Ability to work under pressure and adapt to growth and scale quickly Why Join Amadora?
