Position Overview:

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards. This role requires hands-on leadership to guide warehouse staff, coordinate logistics activities, and ensure smooth workflow across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Plan and allocate manpower, monitor workloads, and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with transport, operations, and customer service teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
• Monitor performance metrics such as productivity, order accuracy, and turnaround times.
• Train and mentor warehouse associates on processes, equipment handling, and safety norms.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and cleanliness of premises.
• Generate daily/weekly reports on warehouse activities, stock status, and operational KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and material handling equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
