We are looking for a proactive and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our company warehouse. The ideal candidate should have experience managing online (website) orders, coordinating with multiple stores/franchisees, and ensuring smooth stock flow and dispatch. Key Responsibilities Website Order Management: Monitor, process, and manage daily website orders. Coordinate timely packing, billing, and dispatch of customer orders. Store & Franchise Order Handling: Receive and process stock orders from various stores and franchise partners. Plan and execute dispatches as per store requirements. Maintain clear communication with stores regarding order updates, stock status, and delivery timelines. Stock & Inventory Management: Regularly check and update warehouse stock levels. Coordinate stock allocation and replenishment for stores. Conduct periodic stock audits, reconciliation, and reporting. Warehouse Operations: Supervise daily warehouse activities including loading, unloading, sorting, and storage. Ensure proper record-keeping of inward/outward stock. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency in the warehouse. Communication & Coordination: Make routine calls to stores for order confirmation, stock requirements, and follow-ups. Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch and delivery. Work closely with the operations team for smooth workflow. Requirements- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor / Operations Executive. Strong understanding of stock management and dispatch processes. Ability to manage online (website) order panels. Good communication skills (phone + WhatsApp + email). Basic computer proficiency (Excel, order management systems). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Preferred Skills Experience dealing with multiple stores or franchise networks. Knowledge of inventory management tools/software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage team members.
