Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, coordinating logistics, and maintaining a streamlined workflow in a furniture manufacturing unit. This role involves managing staff, optimizing storage systems, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, implement tracking systems, and coordinate restocking to prevent shortages. Logistics Management: Plan and execute storage layouts for raw materials and finished furniture, optimizing space and accessibility. Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with procurement and production teams to ensure materials are received, stored, and distributed efficiently. Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming raw materials and outgoing furniture for compliance with manufacturing standards. Workforce Supervision: Lead warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols. Shipping & Distribution: Coordinate furniture dispatches, streamline packaging processes, and liaise with transportation providers. Safety Compliance: Implement warehouse safety measures, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock movements, generate reports, and analyze trends to improve warehouse efficiency.
