Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
Plan and coordinate the efficient use of warehouse space, manpower, and equipment.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records in ERP or inventory software.
Implement and maintain proper storage, labeling, and documentation procedures.
Ensure timely dispatch of goods and coordinate with logistics and transport teams.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation to minimize discrepancies.
Enforce safety, hygiene, and security standards in the warehouse.
Manage warehouse staff—assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure productivity.
Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production teams to meet operational requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock movement, inventory accuracy, and warehouse performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

1–2 years of proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or WMS).
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
