Warehouse Manager Position: Warehouse Manager Location: Pandesara GIDC, Surat About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory and stock management for our trading and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will not only manage day-to-day warehouse activities but also bring in analytical insights, apply ERP/tech tools, and help optimize stock policies to support overall business efficiency. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations including receiving, storing, dispatching, and stock reconciliation. • Ensure accurate inventory control through ERP systems and technology-driven processes. • Implement and monitor stock management practices such as reorder levels, MOQ (minimum order quantity), lead time, and safety stock. • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure effective fund utilization and minimize working capital blockage in inventory. • Develop and implement stock policies that improve efficiency and reduce holding costs. • Adapt strategies to manage inventory in both trading and manufacturing environments. • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of physical stock vs. system records. • Lead, train, and guide a team of 5–10 warehouse staff on best practices in stock handling and ERP usage. ⸻ Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, Supply Chain, or related field. • 2–4 years of proven experience in warehouse and inventory management. • Prior experience in leading a team of 5–10 people. • Strong understanding of ERP systems and technology in inventory management. • Knowledge of inventory concepts like reorder levels, MOQ, EOQ, and safety stock. • Analytical mindset with the ability to link stock management with financial efficiency. • Experience in managing warehouses in trading and/or manufacturing setups preferred. • Good problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. ⸻ What We Offer. • Exposure to both trading and manufacturing industries. • Opportunity to innovate and implement policies that directly impact business performance. • Growth-oriented work environment with room for professional development
