Sunday fix week off
Plan, supervise and monitor daily inbound, storage, picking, packing and outbound activities.
Ensure strict adherence to FIFO/FEFO, batch management and shelf-life control.
Optimize layout, racking, storage bins and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
Ensure timely GRN creation, invoice matching and documentation accuracy.
Perform cycle counting, monthly physical audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Track slow-moving, near-expiry and damaged stocks and update management accordingly.
Analyse inventory trends to avoid stockouts and excess storage.
Coordinate with transporters, courier partners and 3PLs for timely pickups and deliveries.
Ensure correct documentation: E-way bills, invoices, packing lists, LR, POD tracking.
Monitor delivery TAT, reduce freight cost and improve order accuracy.
Manage shift planning, attendance, performance appraisals and resolve team conflicts.
Safety, Compliance & Hygiene
Ensure compliance with 5S, GMP, HACCP, fire safety, PPE usage and warehouse hygiene standards.
Identify process gaps and implement solutions using Lean, Kaizen and automation initiatives.
Reduce operational costs by optimizing manpower, space and logistics spending.
Improve TAT for inward/outward processes and reduce stock damage/pilferage
