Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Develop and execute account plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and support.
Identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience in Key Account Management or related field (e.g., Client Account Management).
Proven track record of success in managing multiple clients simultaneously.
Strong understanding of Key Client Management principles, including relationship building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
