Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations of our warehouse and ensure smooth inventory, packing, and shipping workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing e-commerce logistics, handling 3PL coordination, team supervision, and ensuring timely order dispatches with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching of products.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory audits; coordinate stock reconciliation regularly.
• Ensure timely and error-free order processing across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and website (Shopify or others).
• Coordinate with courier partners and 3PL services for pickups, deliveries, and returns.
• Monitor packaging quality and ensure safe and presentable packing standards.
• Implement systems to minimize inventory shrinkage, breakage, or loss.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff and assign tasks efficiently.
• Generate reports for stock levels, order fulfilment, returns, and overall performance.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards within the warehouse.
• Work closely with procurement, customer support, and marketing teams to align stock availability and demand.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Logistics/Supply Chain is a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management tools and e-commerce platforms.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and warehouse software (Zoho, Unicommerce, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience with Amazon FBA/FBM, Flipkart, Meesho, and D2C operations.
• Understanding of GST invoicing, return handling, and shipment tracking tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
