Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager specializing in influencer collaboration, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand's presence across various social media platforms. You will work closely with influencers to create engaging brand videos, maintain an influencer database, and actively engage with our online community. Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Collaboration:Identify and research potential influencers aligned with our brand values and target audience.
Initiate and maintain relationships with influencers through regular communication.Collaborate with influencers to brainstorm, plan, and execute creative brand videos.

Content Creation:Develop and execute content strategies for influencer collaboration, including video concepts, scripts, and storyboarding.
Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and guidelines.Review and edit content submitted by influencers for quality and consistency.

Influencer Database Management:Build and maintain an up-to-date database of influencers, including contact information, performance metrics, and content history.
Track the progress and success of influencer collaborations.

Social Media Engagement:Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and mentions across social media platforms in a timely and engaging manner.
Foster a sense of community and build relationships with our online audience.

Reporting:Compile and analyze data related to influencer collaborations and social media engagement.
Generate reports to measure the impact of influencer partnerships and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and influencer collaboration.
• Strong creative and communication skills.
• Proficiency in video content creation and editing tools.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for maintaining influencer relationships.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
