Warehouse Manager

Job Title:  Warehousing Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and experienced Warehousing Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. You will be responsible for ensuring productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes run smoothly and promptly. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations: Manage all daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO methods). Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff. Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments for timely dispatch and delivery of goods. Safety and Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations. Ensure the warehouse meets legal, environmental, and company standards. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on inventory levels, order status, warehouse performance, and staff productivity. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (4–6 years) in warehouse management or a similar role. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure. Working Conditions: Mostly warehouse-based with occasional office work. Must be able to lift or move moderate-weight products as needed. Flexibility for extended working hours during peak seasons.
