Financial Reporting: Assist in generating basic reports from the software, such as sales summaries, stock reports, and trial balances. Data Organization: Organize and file both physical and digital documents in a systematic manner for easy retrieval and auditing. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial and business information with the utmost discretion and integrity. Collaboration: Work closely with the accounts and sales teams to ensure data consistency and address any data-related issues. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Atleast graduate or equivalent is required. A degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field is a plus. Experience: Previous experience as a Data Entry Operator, particularly in a role that involved financial or inventory data. Software Proficiency (Essential): Tally and/or Marg software: Demonstrable proficiency in using Tally ERP or Tally Prime, and/or Marg software for data entry, billing, and reporting. Knowledge of key modules such as accounts, inventory, and GST compliance is highly valued. Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data manipulation and reporting. Strong typing speed and accuracy. Accounting & Finance Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles. Familiarity with concepts like sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
