Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and logistics expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team of professionals.You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless alignment of physical and system flows, driving efficiency in material handling and storage operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Logistics Management, Quality, and Finance, to ensure material availability and integrity, while also leading continuous improvement initiatives and much more.You’ll specifically take care of managing the warehouse layout and optimizing storage space, but also overseeing 3PL (Third Party Logistician) operations and ensuring compliance with Alstom’s standards.We’ll look to you for:
- Ensuring employees operate in a safe and environmentally compliant workspace
- Managing the physical material flows, from reception to shipping
- Ensuring ERP solutions are implemented and used effectively
- Monitoring and challenging warehouse performance through KPIs
- Leading continuous improvement activities and deploying Alstom programs
- Providing a long-term vision for the team and supporting their growth
All About You

- A degree in Industrial or Supply Chain Management
- Experience in managing teams (minimum 2-3 years) and overall 10 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in ERP solutions, with knowledge of SAP (IM and WM modules) being a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic and methodical vision for logistics operations
- Ability to manage priorities and risks effectively
- An agile, inclusive, and responsible mindset
