Position Overview:

The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for efficiently managing daily warehouse operations, including stock handling, inventory control, and supervision of packing activities. The role requires strong leadership to manage a team of 7–10 labour staff, ensuring timely and accurate packing and dispatch of healthcare products in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods.

Manage a team of 7–10 labourers responsible for product packing and loading activities.

Maintain accurate stock and inventory records using Excel or warehouse management software.

Conduct daily and weekly stock audits to ensure zero discrepancies.

Ensure proper product labeling, packaging, and timely dispatch to distributors or clients.

Coordinate with logistics, billing, and sales teams for smooth order processing.

Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, and discipline among the labour team.

Optimize space utilization and support periodic stock verification.

Report stock status and operational updates to management regularly.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (preferably in FMCG or healthcare sector).

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on experience in MS Excel and stock management systems.

Ability to manage labour teams and meet daily operational deadlines.
