Role Overview
The Junior Analyst – Business Operations will work within the Application Support Team to ensure timely resolution of issues reported by users.The ideal candidate will be accountable, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.You will report to the Manager – Application Support and be part of a multi-functional team supporting internal and external partners.
General Duties & Responsibilities
Resolve queries raised by branch teamsAnalyze business processes and requirementsCreate and maintain process documentationConduct unit testing and troubleshooting

Troubleshoot and resolve issues within defined timelinesProvide support for in-house applicationsDemonstrate strong teamwork and collaborationContinuously enhance knowledge through self-learningEnsure SLA compliance

Educational / Technical Requirements
Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BSc-ITIntermediate Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Import Range, Functions), Google SheetsMust have knowledge of SQL/MySQLCandidates with backlogs are not eligible
