We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented professionals with 2-5 years of experience Renewals Invoice processing in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying the root cause of the missed billings through deep investigations in various CRMs and fix them.
• Taking an order and completing a set of control checks to ensure validity, then processing the order through to completion on the CRM and through to billing in the finance system
• Working with Salespeople and the wider Revenue Operations team to resolve queries and fix any issues
• Managing expectations from Salespeople, UK stakeholders, Sale order processing team and chasing them to ensure they provide updates as required.
• Supporting the wider IRIS team with requests for information or ad hoc analysis
• Working with teams such as Finance, Operations, Account managers and others to support with Sales information where appropriate.
• Any other tasks as required by the Commercial Operations Team Leader or Commercial leadership team.

Qualifications/requirements

• Any experience of Order management or Invoice management or Sales Order processing would be desirable.
• A relevant degree or higher education qualification would also be desirable.
• Any experience in the

  Salesforce or NetSuite

  Platforms would be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Data analysis & quick fixing skills.
• Outstanding experience in working with customers via telephone, email, and chats.
• Proficiency in using remote support tools, help desk software and CRM software like Zoho, and Salesforce.
• Good knowledge in MS Excel and Power BI is an added advantage.
• Quick decision-making skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Exhibits self-motivation, the ability to multitask and pay close attention to small details.
• Outstanding negotiation and conflict-resolving skills.
• Can think logically to provide answers to customer questions as well as resolutions for various issues that may arise.
• Exhibits the ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in a high-pressure environment
• Displays the ability to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

• Must be located within the vicinity of Chennai and able to commute to the IRIS offices in Chennai when required.

Knowledge/Experience

• Experience of working in a Finance, Accounts Receivables or Sales Order Processing Operations or Order management environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of working with systems such as SalesForce is important.
• At least 2 years experience of Accounts Receivables or Sales Order Processing is important
• Knowledge of month end processes and Invoice reporting is important
