Job Description

Role Overview

We are hiring an

Operations Specialist

to support and streamline Edcoms sales and marketing activities. This role is critical to ensuring smooth coordination between counsellors, marketing efforts, digital platforms, and internal systems.

This is a

non-sales role

focused on execution, coordination, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Support admissions counsellors with lead tracking, follow-ups, and documentation flow
Coordinate between marketing campaigns and counselling teams
Manage CRM updates, dashboards, and lead status reporting
Assist in campaign execution (digital ads, landing pages, webinars, events)
Ensure timely responses to student enquiries across channels
Maintain operational SOPs and improve internal processes
Work closely with leadership to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency

Who Were Looking For

Strong organizational and coordination skills
Comfortable working with CRM tools, Google Sheets, dashboards, and reports
Good communication skills in
English
(Malayalam preferred)
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setup
Prior experience in education, operations, sales support, or marketing ops is a plus
Detail-oriented, ethical, and process-driven mindset
