Job Title: Sales Coach - Inbound Sales BPO

Location: NOIDA SECTOR 63

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Operations Head

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Coach to join our Inbound Sales BPO team. The ideal candidate will train and mentor sales agents handling high-volume inbound calls, focusing on improving conversion rates, objection handling, and customer engagement. This role drives performance through coaching, call monitoring, and data-driven feedback in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct daily one-on-one and group coaching sessions, reviewing live and recorded calls to provide actionable feedback on inbound sales techniques, scripting, and rapport building.

•Design and deliver training programs, including role-playing, simulations, and gamification tailored to BPO metrics like conversions and install percentages.

•Monitor agent performance via KPIs, create individualized development plans, and collaborate with operations to exceed sales targets.

•Analyze call data and trends using CRM tools to identify skill gaps and recommend process improvements.

•Facilitate team huddles, motivation sessions, and certification programs to boost agent retention and productivity.

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.

•3+ years in inbound sales or BPO operations, with 1-2 years in sales training/coaching.

•Proven track record of achieving sales quotas in call center environments.

Essential Skills

•Expertise in inbound sales methodologies, objection resolution, upselling, and lead qualification.

•Strong analytical skills for performance metrics and call calibration.

•Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation abilities for diverse teams.

•Proficiency in CRM systems, telephony tools, and MS Office; knowledge of BPO-specific software a plus.

Preferred Experience

•Certifications in sales coaching (e.g., Sandler, Challenger Sale) or BPO training.[2]

•Experience in high-volume inbound campaigns for sectors like telecom, finance, or e-commerce Role & responsibilities
