Company Description Expert Eximtech Pvt. Ltd. is a export consultancy dedicated to helping Indian exporters and importers grow their businesses globally. We provide expert guidance, compliance support, and technology-driven solutions to ensure successful international trade operations. We are looking for an International Sales Coach to support our 6-month Export–Import Consulting Program at Expert Exim Tech. This is not a theory or training-only role. The coach will work closely with real exporters and beginners who are actively starting or scaling their export business. Primary Responsibility To help consultancy clients communicate, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with international buyers professionally and confidently. Each enrolled client will be supported by: Export–Import Coach (process & operations) & International Sales Coach (buyer communication & conversion) Key Responsibilities 1. International Buyer Communication Train clients on how to speak with international buyers via: Email WhatsApp LinkedIn Video calls (Zoom / Google Meet) Help them structure: First buyer outreach messages Follow-ups Proposal discussions 2. Sales Pitching for Export Guide clients on how to present themselves as credible exporters Teach: How to pitch products professionally How to explain quality, pricing, MOQ, timelines, and compliance How to build trust with first-time buyers 3. International Negotiation Skills Coach clients on: Price negotiations without killing margins Handling buyer objections Negotiating payment terms (Advance, LC, credit limits) Closing deals confidently Roleplay buyer–exporter conversations where required 4. Sales Mindset & Confidence Building Help clients overcome: Fear of talking to international buyers Rejection anxiety Pricing hesitation Build: Confidence Professional sales mindset Long-term relationship approach (not one-time deals) 5. Conversion Support Review live buyer conversations (emails / chats / call summaries) Suggest improvements to: Messaging Pitch clarity Negotiation approach Help improve lead-to-buyer conversion ratios Working Structure One-on-one sessions or group with assigned consultancy clients Support during key sales stages (first contact, negotiation, closing) Coordinate with Export Coaches for aligned strategy Group mentorship & personalized guidance Ideal Profile Experience in international sales / B2B sales / export sales Comfortable dealing with global buyers Strong communication and negotiation skills Coaching mindset (not aggressive selling) Export–import knowledge is a strong advantage What Makes This Role Unique Clients are real exporters, not students Focus is on real buyer conversations & real deals Backed by Expert Exim Tech’s export ecosystem Opportunity to be part of a serious, execution-focused consulting program
