We are looking for a high-performing Customer service professional for VIP SHAADI who is self-driven, loves to interact with customers, can easily strike a conversation with customers and is a high achiever. Job Role: Manage post-sales experience and service of premium members of VIP Shaadi. Renewal of membership. Maintain a good rapport with customers. Ensure adherence to service delivery standards and excellence in service. Requirement:- A year of relevant customer service experience. HSC is Mandatory . Salary upto 35k Inhand - ( Tamil, telugu, malayalam, Bengali, Kannada) Shift Timing Male - Rotational Shift Female - Day Rotational Shift Week Off - 2 Rotational week Off (Mon to Fri) Walk-In Address Location - Marwah Centre, 4th Floor, A & B Wing, Krishanlal Marwah Marg, Sakinaka Andheri East, Mumbai (Near Piknik hotel). Time - 11 AM to 5 PM Regards HR
