Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Technology and FinTech roles.
Source profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and job portals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical rounds.
Manage candidate experience, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
Negotiate offers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Support employee lifecycle management onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and HR orientation.
Assist in attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
Support payroll inputs, statutory documentation, and compliance coordination.
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Assist in engagement initiatives and HR operations tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

3 to 4 years of relevant HR experience, with mandatory IT / FinTech recruitment exposure
Strong knowledge of technical roles and hiring practices
Hands-on experience with job portals
Good understanding of general HR operations
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
