Roles and Responsibilities:

Achieve Branch Sales Targets:
Drive performance by meeting targets for Current Account, Savings Account, and other liability products.
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling of bank products such as insurance, investment solutions, and other financial services.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance wallet share and ensure customer loyalty.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals while maintaining high service quality standards.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies at all times.
