Providing first-day induction or orientation care for newly hired employees. Hiring candidates via Workday. Creating profiles for new hires. Updating details and making necessary changes in workday HCM to manage HR data,generate reports, and manage global HR databases, providing insights on headcounts,utilization, and project details. Using service now case management tool to carry out regular duties or activities. Generating weekly consolidation reports in addition to daily reports. Creating MOMs every day.
