Labour Law Compliance & Audits Ensure 100% compliance with applicable labour laws (ID Act, Factories Act, CLRA, etc.). Maintain accurate records and prepare statutory returns and reports. Handle inspections and audits by labour departments and statutory bodies. 3. Grievance Redressal & Disciplinary Process Set up a strong mechanism for grievance handling and employee feedback. Conduct domestic inquiries, issue show-cause notices, charge sheets, and manage disciplinary actions as per company policy and legal framework. Lead preventive and corrective actions for employee misconduct or industrial unrest. 4. Contract Labour & Vendor Management Oversee the management of contract labour including contractors compliance with wages, working hours, PF, ESI, and other statutory norms. Ensure adherence to Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act provisions and ethical labour practices. 5. Liaison & Legal Coordination Liaise with government bodies, labour departments, and legal counsel for smooth operations.
