VP–Talent Sourcing -Technology

Job Summary: We are hiring a strategic and experienced TA Leader to lead our client’s technology talent sourcing team in Pune. This leadership role focuses on identifying and engaging top tech talent , while partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to drive sourcing strategies aligned with current and future hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and manage a high-performing sourcing team focused on technology roles. · Proactively identify, engage, and convert passive tech candidates into active job applicants. · Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, and diversity demographics. · Build and maintain talent pipelines using sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn). · Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles. · Craft compelling messaging and employer branding to attract top technology talent. · Deliver competitive intelligence, including talent mapping and compensation benchmarking, to support hiring decisions. · Develop and implement strategies to identify and attract diverse technology talent. · Ensure data accuracy and consistent communication with a pipelined network of prospects. · Promote the organization’s culture and values throughout the candidate experience. · Uphold high standards of compliance, ethics, and accountability within the sourcing team. Qualifications: · 15+ years of experience in talent sourcing, with a strong focus on technology hiring. Should have worked with Global organisations. · Proven experience leading sourcing teams and managing performance. · Proficient in social recruiting and Boolean search techniques. · Familiarity with applicant tracking and candidate management systems. · Strong communication, stakeholder management, and persuasion skills. · Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently with excellent organizational skills. · Self-driven and collaborative, with a strategic mindset and results-oriented approach.
