VP/SVP – HR

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership

  : Partner with the executive team to design and execute the overall HR strategy that supports business growth.

• Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  : Lead workforce planning and recruitment strategies to attract top talent across tech, product, operations, and business functions.

• Organizational Development

  : Drive leadership development, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.

• Culture & Engagement

  : Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture; implement programs to enhance employee experience and retention.

• Compensation & Benefits

  : Oversee competitive compensation structures, rewards, and recognition programs aligned with industry benchmarks.

• HR Operations & Compliance

  : Ensure smooth HR operations, including HR tech systems, policies, and statutory compliance.

• Change Management

  : Support business transformation and scaling by building agile people practices and frameworks.

Key Requirements

• 15–20 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (preferably in high-growth fintech, e-commerce, or technology-driven companies).
• Proven track record in building and scaling HR functions in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Strong expertise across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Organizational Development, and HR Operations.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field from a reputed institute preferred.
